💳 What payment methods do you accept?
Your payment will be processed securely through Stripe or PayPal (check their respective sites for more details).
I accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe at checkout, as well as PayPal and Venmo—whatever’s easiest for you!
📦 When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed, I’ll get to work on packing it up! Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days via USPS.
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way, along with an estimated delivery date so you’ll know when to expect it.
Kindly note: While I do my best to get your new treasure to you quickly, delivery delays with mail carriers can occasionally happen and are unfortunately out of my control. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

❌ Can I cancel my order?
No problem—plans change! You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
If you need to cancel, just send me a message as soon as you can.

✨ Do you offer refunds?
Due to the handmade nature of the fiber items I offer, I’m currently not able to offer refunds.
That said—if there’s a quality issue with your item, I absolutely want to hear about it and will happily work with you to make it right.
