+ Payment options?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted through Stripe at checkout, as well as PayPal and Venmo.
All transactions are processed through Stripe/PayPal (see their websites for policies).

+ When will I receive my order?
Once placed, your order will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
As of right now, all orders will be shipped out via USPS.
You will receive a tracking number for your order once it is shipped,  along with an estimated delivery date.

Note: Delivery delays with any provider are out of my control. =(

+ I need to cancel my order. What do I do?
All orders have a cancellation window  of 24 hrs or 1 day from payment received.
If your order has already shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Please reach out as soon as possible with any cancellation requests.

+ I received my order, but I have an issue. How can we fix it?
 Once your item has been delivered you are more than welcome to reach out to me with any issues you may have pertaining to the quality of the item.

***IMPORTANT NOTE! : Because of the nature of the items I offer (fibre items), I'm currently NOT OFFERING REFUNDS but, I will GLADLY address any quality issues you may have with your item once it has been delivered and recieved. ***
